**Shipping Rates**
* **Flat Rate Delivery:** R99 on all standard orders.
* **Free Delivery:** Enjoy free store-to-door shipping on all orders over R1,000! 

**Delivery Timelines**
Because we carefully quality-check and package every single self-care order to ensure it reaches you in immaculate condition, our standard delivery time is **8 to 14 business days**. 

*Please note: Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.*

**Our Shipping Partner**
We partner with **Aramex Store-to-Door** to ensure your package is handled with the utmost care. Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey straight to your doorstep.

**Delivery Address**
Please ensure that a physical street address is provided at checkout where someone will be available to sign for the package during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). We unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
