### Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your self-care journey! If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for items that are completely unused, unopened, and still in their original sealed packaging.

**Return Shipping**
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

**Hygienic Exceptions**
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on collagen lip masks or under-eye tubs once opened. 

**Damaged or Faulty Items**
If your Glow Kit, such as your ice roller, or actual product contents arrive damaged, defective, or broken in transit, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with a quick photo, and we will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

*Please note: This policy strictly applies to the internal product and components. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements for minor external cosmetic wear, scuffs, or small dents on the outer shipping boxes or packaging incurred during transit, provided the actual product inside remains entirely undamaged and safe to use.* 🤍
